Chandler Dawson Motorcycle Accident – We broke the terrible news about Chandler Dawson, our cherished Associate Pastor’s son, to you today with sorrowful hearts. Chandler was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident this morning in Tallahassee, and as a result, he was critically injured in the Neuro ICU. As a Christian community, we are extending an invitation to every one of you to join us in fervent prayer for Chandler’s recovery.

Bright and promising, Chandler is a young man going through the fight of his life right now. Having always been pillars of our community, his parents and grandparents are trying to cope with the unspeakable challenges that accompany such a dreadful trauma. Let’s unite in prayer to support Chandler and his family at this difficult time, asking God to pardon them, give them comfort, and extend a healing hand. The Bible states, “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.” These are words of consolation. Even at the darkest hours, we have confidence in God’s omnipotence and His steadfast love for Chandler and his family.

Together, as a community of faith, we declare that God is in command and that we have faith in Him. In our prayers on Chandler’s behalf, let us ask for courage and fortitude for his parents and grandparents. Going through such a trying time is a “fire” on an emotional and spiritual level, therefore we want to provide them the love and support they need.
